Q. What do I need to listen to
     PINOY 1660 RADIO?

A.  You need the following Hardware:
       1. Pentium PC with speakers
       2. Sound Card
       3. Must be connected to internet
           (Toll charges may apply. Consult your telco/Internet service provider)
      You need the following Software:
       1. Windows 2000 or Windows XP
       2. MS Internet Explorer 6 or latest
       3. Media Player such as:
         a. MS Windows Media Player 10
         b. Real Player (Basic)

Q. How do I  listen to PINOY 1660 RADIO?
A.  1. Turn on your PC and connect to the internet.
     2. Use your internet browser to connect to the following link:
http://www.radiotvphilippines.net
     3. The radio player should start
playing using Windows Media Player by default. If not, click the play button. Click the Real Player link if you wish to listen using Real Player.

Q. How do I use other radio players?

A.  1. Click the RADIO tab on menu
     2. Click Choose New Player
     3. Select and click radio player

Q. I do not hear any sound
A. 1. Check if internet connection active
    2. Check if radio player in play mode
    3. Check if speaker or headphone
        connected properly    
    4. Check if PC or Speaker volume low
    5. Check if you have the specified software (may have problems with other internet browsers. Try using MS Internet Explorer 6 or latest version)

Q. I hear gaps in the music
A.  1. Gaps are normally caused when
the media player "buffers" which causes the player to pause depending on the connection speed 
     2. May be caused by network traffic

Q. I hear music playing many times
A. Check that you only have one listening page active.  The listening page contains the Windows Media Player, Real Player, or other music players.
